Timid & Mikey D (Main Source/LA Posse) took to the stage at Club Life in Osaka, Japan in August 2011 to rock the crowd. The set includedTimid’s “This Is The Way” single that features Edo G and Mikey D’s “What You Need” off of the F*ck What You Think album from his time as the front man for the iconic Hip Hop group Main Source.

With "I Want The Secret", Timid addresses the dire situation recent and soon to be college graduates face everyday. Rising tuition costs, mounting debt and a bleak job market await their future. The problem is a major concern of the Occupy Wall Street movement and focus President Obama's new Student Loan Reform.
The project came about as a meeting of interests between Timid and Pace University professor Dr. Larry Chiagouris; author of "The Secret To Getting A Job After College: Marketing Tactics to Turn Degrees into Dollars".

Timid performed at Rock Wall Street, a legal funds fundraiser at Occupy Wall Street at Liberty Plaza (Zuccotti Park) in New York City, to raise money to help those arrested during the movement. The bi-weekly event in two performances has so far raised about $2000.

November 4th 2007, Timid will be kicking it block party style at the 2008 ING New York Marathon on the SBS Stage in Harlem. Then later that night at the after party at Manhattan's Crash Mansion with performances by Akademy, Na'ledge and Sullee of VH1's White Rapper Show.
08/28/07 - Timid will be in PA this Labor Day weekend. First stop, Philly, for Jalima Shani's Art of War Lyricist Challenge at the Rotunda. Timid will be a guest performer and judge at this all ages event alongside the likes of Doodlebug of Digable Planets. Then on from there to Pittsburgh for a live performance at the Da Button Pusha's event, the Hip Hop Buffet at the Shadow Lounge. Check out the TV commercial running right now on BET for the show.
07/06/07 - I've been getting some messages regarding the virtual world Second Life live performance that I sent out an update about asking how it went. The show went off well, i had fun. It was interesting doing a "virtual" performance but those who were there enjoyed it so mission accomplished. I meat several people, gave out T-Shirts and watched people "dance" (yea you read that right).
Second Life entertainment scene blog Verbal Stew was present at a second performance and did a write up for their site. Hip Hop is everywhere.
06/16/07 - On June 23, 2007 the 3d virtual world Second Life will be introduced to Head Nod Music as Timid will take the stage at Circe Broom's Sunset Jazz Club on Laurel Island for an hour long live in-world performance. 03/05/07 - Ladies and gentleman, it's been said before "there's nothing like Hip Hop music". I got reminded of that Saturday night with a dope set from Lord Sear on the tables at Southpaw in Brooklyn. Classic after classic. I had to go home and write. SOoooo, I put together something fun with a nostalgic feel on the beat and it still moves. Big up to Lord Sear and Southpaw. I called the joint Addicted.
